The electronic music scene is rapidly growing, and it is showing no signs of slowing down – with the rise of programs that teach and educate, plus platforms that further the craft, it’s no surprise that you hear of a new electronic artist in every show you come across. There are definitely a number of newcomers in the scene, but there are those who have proven to be mainstays.

BP Valenzuela has been at it since 2014 – having loved music since she was little, it’s no wonder that BP traversed the path she’s in now. Inspired by different music genres, she mostly makes electronic pop while “blending them into a synthy, ambient, groove-driven style of pop,” as she describes it.

In this episode of Sound Fiesta, BP performs an unreleased track called Constantly/Where I’m Calling From, which is definitely a ‘BP Valenzuela’ track but with much more depth and dimension. From BP’s words, Constantly/Where I’m Calling From is about “getting over the invisible wall that separates two people who can’t meet halfway.”

Keep up to date with BP’s music through her online pages: Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud and Spotify.

Sound Fiesta is supported by Johnnie Walker, and in collaboration with Playhouse Studio for video production and Cosmic Sonic Arts for audio management.
