No other generation is as misunderstood as the millennials and Gen-Z’s. While that may be an oversimplification, one cannot dismiss the negative perceptions associated with it i.e. entitled, lazy, and arrogant. These are just some of the words we normally hear. Luckily, they’re also the generation who loudly and proudly say, “so what?” and keep being true to themselves.
And quite frankly, it’s the best thing about being young – progressive, interdisciplinary, and admittedly a little bit restless. And if there’s anyone who understands and supports this the most, it’s SCOUT, and they’ve done so in the past four years.
So to celebrate four amazing years of being young and rebellious, SCOUT is throwing their fourth anniversary party with SCOUT General Public on August 11, 6PM at the Riverside Studios in Makati. But it’s not like any other SCOUT party you’ve attended. So whatever it is that you’re imagining, better scratch that thought because SCOUT is doing things differently this time around.
Say goodbye to usual music halls because nothing speaks youth party more than a warehouse party. Combine this with a great lineup of local acts and popular homegrown vendors, you can be sure it’ll be something different.
