Sound Fiesta has been steadily thriving over the digital space for four seasons now. Each episode showcases a band or artist performing one chosen track. The music series serves as a platform that allows viewers to discover more new and thriving local music—across different genres—and lets them follow more of what these bands and artists have to offer. The acts perform their track and are filmed in a studio, bar, or club—without a live audience—and shared on the digital platform.

But last October 20, Sound Fiesta went from online to offline by having its first live show at the Johnnie Walker House in BGC. There were performances by Pure Mind Quiet Heart, Rjay Ty, Pope Fiction, and August Wahh—a line up that was a mix of Sound Fiesta returnees and new-comers.

It was a night of electrifying live music, good drinks, and thriving local scene as each act represented the diverse Filipino music. The night was made even better by drinks courtesy of Johnnie Walker. To date, Sound Fiesta has featured 15 acts and will continue to do so. Watch the video below to find out what went down that night.

Sound Fiesta is supported by Johnnie Walker, and in collaboration with Playhouse Studio for video production and Cosmic Sonic Arts for audio management.
