After two years of sitting out events and fostering community only through digital means, PURVEYR is now back with the PURVEYR Fair (formerly known as Pursuit Fair from 2016 to 2019) happening on November 18-19 at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura Premier, BGC.
“The pandemic helped us realize the importance and value of the Fair to the community. Not only does it offer creatives and communities an opportunity for their creative expressions, but it also reinvigorates them through connection, intersection, and insight. Given these, we wanted to hone in on those values and amplify them more as soon as we decided to go back to hosting the fair,” said Marvin Conanan, PURVEYR Brand Director.
This year’s fair is also timely as we are celebrating 10 years of PURVEYR as a brand. And what better way to celebrate the brand than to celebrate creative culture through a gathering of different creatives, brands, and businesses.
While PURVEYR Fair remains faithful to how it has always strived to be: to be the premier gathering of creative minds in the Philippines and a space where brands and attendees can engage with each other, there are a few new things up on the team’s sleeves.
This time around there will be an emphasis to the two main components of the event—marketplace and conference. Most changes and additional activities will be designed to uplift those components. For example, the addition of booth partitions is designed to give a chance to brands to express their stories better. And for the conference, the topics and talks were doubled to accommodate more conversations and learning for the community.

Discover brands, meet creatives and do your holiday shopping at the Marketplace
The main highlight of the Fair has always been the breadth of brands and businesses it showcases. A mix of fashion brands, independent artists, retail concepts, and creative groups will set up their own temporary shops and spaces to sell goods, share their advocacies, communicate their brand, and connect with the community.
What you can expect is to see how the creativity and spirit of each brand comes alive as they get to set up and decorate their booths to their liking—providing a tangible way for attendees to experience their brand.
“This is very important to me because much of brand-building and culture are about unique stories, ideas, and perspectives so I hope that through the update of our booths they will be encouraged to express them better,” said Marvin. “In addition to that, this new direction will also give the opportunity for brands to experience running their own shop even if just for two days.”
